Youngstown State alum may remember the annual "Surf's Up Week" at YSU in the 1980s. Activities included a Surf's Up Airband Contest, the YSU Limbo Contest, and of course the popular Beach Party Dance. This tee celebrates the 1987 celebration! (did we mention there was even a Best Legs Contest?)
